Policy of cancellations is 24 hours before the actual time/date of the reservation otherwise LimoCliff shall be entitled to do ½ charge of the price and full charge if cancellation is received later than 12 hours before the time/date of the reservation.
As soon as your plans are fairly definite, just give us a call or send us an e-mail to set up your reservation. We always suggest as much notice as possible.
Yes, we offer car service 24 hours a day / 7 days a week / 365 days a year. Please try to reserve in advance for off-hour service.
We do require a credit card guarantee for payment and/or a prepaid non-refundable deposit. A credit card authorization form will be sent to you to complete at the time of reservation.
Absolutely! Our customers are always welcome to visit our offices during standard business hours to view and reserve vehicle. We enjoy showing off our fleet, but ask that customers make an appointment ahead of time so we can plan accordingly for your visit and assure the vehicles on site.
LimoCliff can provide receipts for charges most conveniently by e-mail once the job is complete.
LimoCliff can accept your reservation several months in advance. As soon as you know all the pertinent details, at least the date and time of your travel, special event just call or e-mail us.
Yes, there may be instances and occasions where transfer service is possible except for peak demand dates and events. A transfer is a direct, one-way pick up and drop, at a set time. Wait time, extra stops and additional driving around are not calculated in the pricing and would add the charges or revert the service to hourly if extensive. If traffic or weather conditions are a factor, the minimum charge may be more.
All vehicles are stocked with bottled water, mints, candy, and Kleenex On-The- Go napkins. Customers are welcome to bring their own snacks and beverages.
All vehicles are strictly NON-SMOKING. If any passenger smokes in a vehicle a minimum cleaning fee will apply, plus cost of repairs for any damage related to smoking.
There are two options for meeting your driver at the airport (specified at time of reservation):
Meet and Greet Airport Pick-up: Our chauffeur will park his vehicle and meet you inside of the airport terminal. He will be holding a personalized name sign so that he is easily identifiable.
